Locations of Overwater accommodation in Fiji

At this time there are few Fiji overwater bure resorts. Below is an outline of current options
  • Likuliku Lagoon Resort (Malolo Island, Mamanucas) - welcomed its first guests in April 2007. This couples-only luxury resort has stylish contemporary accommodation with Fijian architectural motifs and first-class facilities. Ten of the new resort's 46 airconditioned bures are suspended over the magnificent Likuliku lagoon. The other bures are located along the beachfront, some with private plunge pools, and all with beautiful views of the ocean. Likuliku is a local dialect word meaning 'calm lagoon or waters'.
  • Marriott Fiji Resort & Spa (Momi Bay, main island of Viti Levu) - a major development project under construction. Of some 250 accommodation units, 22 will be luxuriously appointed over-water bungalows and suites.
